Poly Concierge AP rate

Did anyone get concierge for Poly using the AP rate? I got through this morning but CM said no concierge available with AP rate. I don't know if I believe her because when I first called and asked for AP rates she didn't even look and said no they are not available. I said what about the EWP code and she asked where I got it and then checked. She said yes, that code worked then proceeded to look for Poly but not available for concierge. Just wondering if anyone did get concierge?

I got through a little after 7 and was told no concierge at Poly for my dates of 12/3-12/7. I did get AKL concierge for 12/7-12/12.

Some is better than none.

We were hoping to get a discount for Poly GVC for 12/9-12/12.. we received a post card a few weeks ago and I was told that there were no postcard rates for the Poly conceirge at that time.. so it looks like they might not be offering any AP rates either...

I am going to keep calling periodically to see if they open any up...

Poly concierge with the new AP code. We're going Dec. 13-18 and I got garden view concierge for $334 per night.

I was able to get the AP discount for Poly GVC Dec. 1 - Dec. 4. I believe it was $334 per night with tax.

I got POLY LVC for 423.70 including tax with the AP discount for December 16-20.

I was unable to get the Poly Concierge at all for my late October trip.

I got AP rate applied to my existing reservation for 10/22 to 10/29-flat $115 off per night. Maybe there are no more concierge rooms? I made my reservation with a AAA discount because I knew I wanted to stay only there.

When I tried to get an AP discount for June, there were no rooms available at a discount for my dates. I had them check each day and would have been able to apply the code to 5 nights of the 9--beginning mid-week. When they tried to apply it commencing on my first day--wouldn't work. You may want to try breaking it down, day by day and see if you can at least get a partially discounted rate.

BTW, I already had the DVISA discount so the AP really only afforded a $5 p/night difference.

I have a LVC on hold for Oct31-Nov2 with a rate of $380 per night. I couldn't get either GVC or LVC for Oct29-31. I called this afternoon.

Thanks for the idea of breaking down the days. I called and found that it is available December 6-10 but not the first part of our vacation. My husband wanted to try AK or WL but as usual, no availability. She did suggest modifying our first reservation which is for Poly Garden View and then add the concierge to the end. Thanks again.

I got AP prices for GVC for the Poly Oct 2 -10. I didn't write it down but it was $300 something. I have also read of those actually booking Poly concierge for October. Perhaps your TA missed out and there were only a few.

Yes I did.

Had to book night by night though as they initially told me they didn't have any AP availability for my stay Oct 2-9. Turned out I got the AP rate for Oct 2-8 and then kept the night of the 8th at rack rate. Going to try tomorrow morning to get it on a discount with the other new code.

Try booking night by night so you can get the AP rate for the nights it is available. If you just ask about a block of nights, you'll be turned down for the whole stay if just one of those nights isn't available!

My TA with Small World Vacations sent 2 emails to me this morning, the first one stating that she had been calling but AP rates at the Poly were limited and none had been concierge. The 2nd email was to say that she did indeed get the AP rate for our dates of October 8th -10th!! We are staying LVC and had booked using the AAA rate. I am so glad that I chose to go with a TA as I was at work all day and would have missed out. Leigh is the best!!!

Oh, man, dogslider--I tried for LVC for those same dates today with no luck! (I did get a few days on either side though).

We got Poly LVC for Dec. 16-24. Only $380 per night plus tax. We got the AP rate for the entire stay even though Holiday Rates start on the 20th. We are saving more than $1400 off our entire stay!

Yes we were there end of Nov/Dec last year. There was someone who was staying at the same resort (we stayed at Swan, AKL concierge and OKW) and someone who was also turning 40 during trip, among a few others. I do remember your name! Maybe we will run into each other this time! I will be with my husband, 13 yr old son and 3 year old grandson. Just listen for the lady who keeps saying " Will, come and sit down" Will you need to talk quieter" etc.... My grandson is a little umm... rambunctious!
