We leave for WDW in 17 days, and for about a week I have been calling to get a garden view conceirge room at the Poly, and of course they were booked and only had lagoon view, well my persistance paid off I finally got a garden view conceirge room! I can't wait. Just goes to show you keep trying it can't hurt.
