Poly conceirge question

Now that I have finally gotten a conceirge room at the Poly, I see on tikiman's site something about a personal itinerary, since my trip is in a whole 17 DAYS , what should I do about a room request. Thank You For any information in advance! Can you tell I am extremely excited
