Am I gonna LOVE it? we booked a garden view club level for January. Its my understanding that it should be in the Hawaii Bldg?

thanks

I like the club level at the Poly. The lounge is two stories and very spacious. There are floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Seven Seas Lagoon with the Castle in the distance. At night, they pipe in the music for the fireworks and the view is perfect.

I have always liked the food offerings. The food tends to have a pan-Asian flair. One nice thing about club level at the Poly is that the lounge is accessible 24 hours a day. After the club service has ended for the day, you can still go to the lounge to read or grab a beverage from a well-stocked cooler.

There is just the one CL building called Hawaii. It's a great location. Ask for 3rd floor if you want a balcony or 1st floor for patio. 2nd floor just has a railing when you open the glass doors.

Yes! But be careful what you wish for...we stayed Poly CL one year, and we haven't been able to bring ourselves to book anywhere without CL since....

Getting spoiled can definately be a problem....
'

one odd question... does club level come with valet parking? or is that extra?

All of the standard CL rooms are in Hawaii. The CL suites are in Tonga. I'd actually be torn if I was offered an upgrade to a suite (unbelievably unlikely) because while on one hand a suite would ROCK, one of the reasons we choose CL at Poly is the Hawaii building location.

I don't believe you get free valet with CL.

I agree with the getting spoiled thing. It is really hard to stay elsewhere now.

The Poly lounge is super-spacious with a gorgeous view. It's also nice that the whole building is key-card secured. And, while valet parking is not free, one little perk is being able to pop by the concierge desk & have them call for your car so it's waiting for you when you get out front.

Out of all the Deluxe Resorts where I have stayed Club Level the Polynesian has had the biggest lounge with a lot of tables, so I thought that's a major plus for them.

Hey-I'm sure you'll love it. I haven't done poly CL, but I've done BC and GF and yes you are spoiled, and you'll love it. I love getting up earlier than everyone else-sneaking out into the lounge early and having a quiet bkfts all ALONE! I'm a mother, hey can you blame me?!?

I am booked for the poly, but in a standard garden view room. I'm considering upping to CL too...A CM told me that most rooms have a patio or balcony in this hotel, but someone online said that the 2nd floor of the CL building won't have either. A balcony is a priority for me, so I don't know what to do...

We love the Poly and have stayed GV CL before but I really wished we stayed TPV no CL. It was nice and all and we loved having the convenience of grabbing a snack but to be truthful the food is just eh and I missed having a great view from my balcony
