Poly, Beach Club, or POFQ?

Which of these resorts should I choose?

Thanks. Either way, I think we'll drop POFQ as one of the choices. It's a great resort especially if spending more time in the parks but since I've been to Disney so often I want to be able to enjoy the resort. Deluxe is the way to go.

You're welcome! We love the deluxe resorts. We spend more time at the resort than we do the parks and find the deluxes to have more relaxing atmospheres than the moderates ;).

I think I am going to stick to Polynesian. I did read reviews and looked at pictures of the Beach Club and it looks wonderful so I try to stay there on my next visit.

However, I thought long and hard about what we wanted to do/see on this trip and it came down to logistics. Since we planned to skip HS this time, BC's proximity to this park is useless. Plus if we decide to grab the 2 day park tickets instead of the 3 day, I think Epcot is the next park to get bumped off the list. I think I want to keep MK because for me there is nothing like walking down main street early in the morning and seeing that Castle in the middle of the park. It's just so magical, it sets the tone for the rest of the trip. If my kids and husband vote to keep Epcot, I will do that but if not it's on the chopping block. I know we all want to go to AK to see the new Avatar Land.

I also don't want to pass up my breakfast at Kona Cafe and dinner at Ohana'. We love those restaurants and have great memories there as a family. I also want to bring the kids to eat at California Grill. They love sushi and the views of MK from the restaurant are amazing!

So with that, Poly is just the logical choice.
Thanks everyone for helping me decide. It was a tough choice!

Even though my DVC home resort is BCV, I voted for Poly. Especially if you are going to be doing more than 1 day at MK. If you have the ability to get a room with a view of the lagoon it's also nice to come back to your room after a day at the parks and simply sit on the balcony to watch the fireworks. If you can't do the Poly there is no issue with staying at BC. As one poster said the pool is great and there are other options both eating and entertainment around the Boardwalk. Plus you are within walking distance of Epcot and a short boat ride to DHS.

Whatever you decide have a memorable trip.
