Pollo Campero

What's the verdict on this quick service? The menu seems interesting. Should I use a QS credit there or stick to WPExpress?

I think you get amuch better value using your credits at WGP Express as opposed to Pollo Campero. Campero is ok, its eatable, but nothing out of this world. WGP Express is very tasty and have far better options to eat.

DH and I LOVE Pollo Campero. We eat there at least once every trip. I love getting the grilled chicken with the yellow rice and the pinto beans on top. I pass on the tortilla they give you as it is dry. Wish they could give you a biscuit like the Pollo Campero we have here in NJ. I am sad to hear the rumor that this restaurant is going away when they start redoing DTD into Disney Springs.

I would agree with going to Wolfgang puck express but they keep removing our favorite items there we hardly stop there now. Do try to stop there for breakfast that is very good.

Thanks for the replies. I may skip it and do WPE and Bongos express window. Is it Sept yet?

On DDP, WPE is by far a better choice. If paying OOP, it's still a much better restaurant than Pollo Campero, but also more expensive. PC is good if you just want cheap but tasty chicken tenders at a reasonable price. But I would never use CS credit on it with WPE (and Earl of Sandwich) right around the corner.

I agree the tortillas are terrible... Like eating paper.

I really liked the chicken at Pollo!

I hope babycakes won't go away with the new DTD???? It's absolutely delicious!
