Pollo Campero in Downtown Disney

I was just reading that Pollo Campero will be replacing McD's. Does anyone know when they will open? I really hope they will open soon because I'm going to be down there next month.

Soft opened today -official opening in December - no date yet. May or may not be open until then. I also hope to try them next month.
