We're not to much of breakfast eaters so I make either Carnation Instant Breakfast or a fruit smoothie for dh and 2 dd's and I will do the same or force a piece of wheat toast or a yogurt down.
Lunch is my favorite meal.

I love a good omelette but I rarely make them for breakfast. I do like them when we're on vacation. Mostly I eat cold cereal at home (if I eat breakfast at all).

We have lots of cereal of different varieties with yogurt (Activia and dannon), fruit, enlgish muffins and on the occasional morning, my mom makes pancakes. They're usually whoel grain with granola and mixed in.

DH eats nothing. I usually eat a cold cereal or peanut butter toast.

My DS usually eats a PB&J on school days. He also likes toaster waffles but they are too carb/sugar heavy for him to have regularly.

I'm not into mornings or cooking, :rotfl: so getting me to make eggs, real pancakes, etc on a weekday is pretty rough!

DD eats a full fat organic yogurt (she is not yet 2) and then some kind of cold cereal. She LOVES cereal. Favorites include Cherrios, Kashi Heart to Heart, Rice Krispies and Chex.

Now, I love to go out to eat breakfast on the weekends! I'm sure none of that is good for me. I like eggs AND french toast, with lots of butter, sugar and syrup! Of course then, I'm full all day!

I vary it a bit- alternate days now I have yogurt, fruit, juice and coffee. Other times whole wheat small bagel double toasted with light cream cheese and diced jalapenos on it. The coffee is daily and strong/extra bold!
Once a week I cook bacon or link sausage with eggs.
Love me some Cracker Barrel breakfast while traveling! :lovestruc

I love breakfast foods, it's my favorite of the day. But in the mornings, at 5;30 am, there is no way I'm getting up earlier to cook breakfast. And cereal in the morning doesn't do anything for me. I'll drink some coffee or tea before I leave, maybe have a piece of bread. But I do usually grab breakfast in the hospital after morning report. We get free meal tickets, might as well use them, since we have them for breakfast and lunch. So there, I'll usually grab what's fastest, maybe a bagel with cream cheese, or whatever they have in the to go section.

But on the weekends.... oooh then it's on. My mom will cook me breakfast on the weekends (I know, I know, but she insists on doing it), and she'll usually make french toast or pancakes, or these yogurt pancakes which are to die for.

We usually eat cereal because its quick.

I try to mostly eat oatmeal, or a mini-bagel, or an English muffin.

Occasionally it's cold cereal, or eggs/bacon/hash browns.

Even re-heated spaghetti or pizza sometimes. :upsidedow

Several years back we bought a Jenn-Aire with a griddle top. It transformed DH into a "short order cook" every morning. Which is to say, we have bacon and eggs/turkey sausage or pancakes or something cooked nearly every morning and we eat together. It's absolutely heaven! Sometimes, it's the only meal we get to have together all day, so we enjoy the chance to share a meal when we're all fresh and not grumpy (we're all morning people).

Trying not to wake everyone up at O' Dark Thirty it's usually cold cereal or a pop tart. Sometimes leftover pizza is good.

Usually a PB&J for me. DH doesn't do breakfast. DS eats Pop-Tarts - not my first choice, but I let them eat them when he was a toddler and had low iron.
