Poll: Soarin or TT first?

This is my first attempt at posting a poll, so I hope it works right.

For a quick morning visit to Epcot (probably not EMH), I would like to do TT or Soarin, then grab FP for the other, then see a couple of minor attractions before returning to use FP. Which would you do first?

I feel like Soarin might still be outrageously crowded to do with out a FP... that's why I picked wait for TT! Besides, you can do the single rider line and get right on TT! (probably on Soarin as well, but I haven't been there since it was built )

But keep an eye on the standby time, last week a CM told us that the lowest time the standby line can show is a 20 minute wait. Often during the week we could get on Soarin' without the FP and almost no wait.
