I purchased mine during the MK pre-sale. Logged in a little before 9 on my desktop and opened a second screen on my phone. Got through on my desktop at approximately 11:15 a.m. and purchased my tickets.

From the OBB super thread, there were approximately 55 unique users that reported getting tickets in the general on-sale (not counting MK pre-sale)

Answering late but we did get tickets during the MK presale event after about 3 hours of waiting in the queue.

I purchased mine on MK day. I got in the queue at 8:50am, 5 hours later, I was able to purchase them. I feel terrible for the people who didn't get even a chance to purchase them. June 29 was unacceptable. Disney really needs to do better.

I got mine during the Magic Key sale. Ironically, I never had a wait or a queue. I just logged into my account a little after 9am and bought my tickets. I thought, "Wow, no queue this year." Then I saw on another site that lots of people were sitting in the queue for hours.

We had a friend help us purchase our tickets during the Magic Key pre-sale event while on our Disney Cruise. Our internet on the ship was very spotty, so she used our account to buy tickets for us.
