My first poll, hope I manage to do this right :scared:
Hope no one has done this kind of poll before, but having just returned and decided that Soarin' is the best ride ever, if Disney is going to change to a worldwide film after the celebration is over, what ONE icon do you think should be included? I have a "none of the above" category if I have omitted something glaring (I'm sure I have).
I DID NOT include any natural wonders, like the Grand Canyon, Victoria Falls, Antarctica, or the Great Barrier Reef as I think those would fall into a different category. (The film should include both nature and man-made icons, don't you think?)

Just a bump. It would be awesome seeing some of the things on your list while you're "Soarin"! :)

Pyramids! Statue of Liberty....yada yada, SNOOZE. I think the Pyramids are AWESOME!

Or the Opera House, I think it's such a cool building.

I would choose anything but the Statue of Liberty. So overdone... :bored: besides, it already appears in American Adventure. I was thinking of something that offers a grand, sweeping, vista... windmills in Holland, Sydney Opera House, and Great Wall would all fit the bill.

I picked none but I'm not totally sure I completely understood what you were asking. Based on the question of it being "world wide", I didn't think any 1 thing applied. I actually thought "all" was a great idea. But again, I may be misunderstanding your intent here. I'm not always the brightest crayon in the box. :rotfl:

Oh wow thats a hard question. After riding Soarin we were just in awe. We wanted it to last at least another hour....LOL! There is nothing that I wouldn't love to see on that ride.

Hmmm, where I was going was that I had read a rumor that Disney was going to revamp the film/scenes after the 50th birthday celebration was over, and, instead of the "ride" being only through California, the rider would "soar" all over the world. I think the ride should include the rider "soaring" over both natural and man-made wonders. My question is, which man-made wonder/icon should DEFINITELY be included (over any and all others). I'm sorry I didn't explain fully in the beginning . . . :goodvibes
