Poll: How to optimize EMH for 3-day itinerary?

From the looks of ride wait times today, it looks like you couldn't have gone wrong no matter what you did! Jealous!

Thanks everyone for all of the helpful tips and comments. We just finished our third day here at the parks, and had a great time. Our two EMH days at California Adventures turned out to be a bit unlucky as the Radiator Springs Racers ride was down both EMH days when the park opened, but per the helpful advice of the folks here, we stayed flexible and were able to do other fun rides (and we were able to get in 2 rides today on RSR so it all worked out). All in all, it was a great trip. I have to say, my favorite attraction turned out to be the Frozen show at the Hyperion. Wow, that was impressive (and I know my boys really enjoyed it, despite their unwillingness to admit it afterwards).
