Poll: Going to DL during the Christmas/Holiday Season

I'm curious to know when everyone is planning to go. I know the poll isn't perfect listed by weeks. I'm hoping to get a general idea though. If you could vote for the week that you will spend the most time in the parks.

Going December 16th to 22nd! Spent the same week last year at WDW, looking forward to the magic at DL this year!

We actually split the time evenly between two weeks - 20-27, but the first day (20th) will be staying in Hollywood, so I guess technically one more day the second week. We were at WDW for Christmas last year too! So we are also looking forward to trying a different park at Christmas!!

Did the same week last year and it was fantastic. All of the Holiday stuff with none of the crowds.

There is absolutely nothing more magical than Disney over the Christmas Season.

We are arriving on Thanksgiving (11/22) and staying through the following Tues (11/27). Grand Californian 1 bedroom villa!

If my kids were younger and easier to take out of school I would go farther into the week after Thanksgiving maybe through the 28th or 29th. But with a High Schooler and Jr Higher those days have passed, so we are stuck doing major holidays for at least the next few years.

We have been 2x's before during pretty much the same dates, its totally do able especially if you make rope drops every morning and then take an afternoon break when all the locals show up.

The crowds were the worst on theFri and Sat after Thanksgiving, started to lighten up on Sunday and Monday. Tuesday was great ... to bad we were flying out Tuesday night. We had friends who stayed on through that Thursday and they said the Wednesday after Thanksgiving was amazingly low crowds.

We fly in Thanksgiving Day and our park days are Friday the 23rd through Thursday the 29th! Flying back home mid-day on the 30th.

Since Thursday-Sunday sounds like it will be busier, we'll pace ourselves slower in the beginning and devote a lot of time to seeing the park in all of its festive beauty. It's not fun fighting heavy crowds so we'll take in more rides during the less busy hours and eat ice cream and do the minor rides at peak times. We have SEVEN days...I think that's enough time to do and see everything!

11/15-11/20. Taking kids out of school, and skipping work, hoping it's worth for a couple of days of manageable crowds. First family trip during holidays, backup plan is July, but that seems way too far off. Getting excited!

We are going the week after Thanksgiving. Funny how everyone says this is a great week to go(lower crowds) and the poll numbers so far show twice as many people going as opposed to the other weeks...
