Does anyone know where I can go to print a copy of Kmart's coupon policy? They won't let me use one of THEIR own coupons!!! I've searched thier site up and down and can't find it!!!!

I checked a few of the couponing sites I use once in a while and none of them have K-Mart's coupon policy, although they normally have it for various stores (non K-Mart stores, I mean).

If it's the $5 toy coupon, others have had similar problems. So much, that I decided to not even bother trying to use it. If it's another coupon, I can't help, but it often depends on the individual store.

Appearantly, finding a coupon policy (from either Kmart or its' parent, Sears Holdings Corportation) is easier said than done.

It says a lot about Kmart when Dollar General's coupon policy is an easier find on the internet...

Well I called customer service and they couldn't find it!!!! Great huh????

I wonder if Kmart may not have a corporate policy, but allows their stores to use their discretion about accepting coupons. If some stores are having issues with fraud due to this coupon, then they may decide not to accept it at this time.

Is this the birthday club coupon?

Also, if I am reading things correctly, it does look like there has been fraudulent use of this coupon. If this is the same coupon I am reading about, it comes in an email from signing up on their website. However, people have been posting the coupon online and others have been printing them off. If this is the case, they I believe Kmart has a right to deny any coupons that are being used by those who did not receive them by email.

If it is the birthday club coupon, did you sign up for it yourself? If so, print out the email they sent you as well as the coupon to prove it.
