Why are you mad at the parents? There is no way to tell a child sex predator, unless they have been caught before. Any one of your friends/relatives could easily take advantage of you being away from your child for a bit.

This guy doesn't appear to be a previous sex offender, so there was no indication that parents could have known. I am glad they caught him, but honestly there are thousands more out there that don't get caught and that is what's disturbing.

You can't pick out a single case for a cause, but yes there are problems with the criminal justice system. Many courts are overwhelmed, too many DA's play politics and too many turf wars.

The number of people that are arrested and nolle processed or given some other alternative sentence is remarkable. Usually for every conviction, you will see several other arrests that were not prosecuted, for whatever reason. That doesn't even take into account the overcrowding of jails, etc.

If you are famous, you better know you will be pounded of you get arrested. The publicity will guarantee it, right wrong or indifferent.

When I first saw this story yesterday it made me literally feel ill. To destroy someone's life over such perversion. I can only hope that this sicko will meet his demise as Jeffery Dahmer did....in a lonely prison bathroom....and an eternity in hell.

Child molesters, kiddie pornographers, etc. are generally known as short-eyes. And yes, they are the lowest of the prison food chain.

From what I gathered it happened AT the park. The media didn't blame Seaworld and in fact said they were cooperating in the fullest. The fact it happened AT Seaworld is part of the story, so how is this just the media attaching a park name. It's totally relevant in this case.
