I'd be interested to see a ghetto that had giant Disney statues,lol. People throw that term around way too much. Usually it's the people who have never set foot into a real ghetto.

When staying at the Poly in Club Level, there was a night where the lounge and the second floor of the Hawaii building had many cops. So, police presence can happen anywhere on property.
