Pole dancing an Olympic sport?

I read on one of the major news sites this morning (can't remember which one) that there is a group of people trying to get Pole Dancing in the Olympics.

I'm having a hard enough time dragging my husband away from the tv when Women's curling is on

I wonder what kind of uniforms they would wear?

If curling is a sport I guess pole dancing can be. I don't really think that either one should be.

Uniforms? At the top level of the sport, I don't think that uniforms would be appropriate.

Awesome. But, males have to be included too. I mean, the Olympics are an equal opportunity thing as well. There can be a theme to the costumes! Imagine, a male stripper dressed as a cop comes to the Olympics and points at the judges and says "Hey,this party is getting a little too loud, I am going to have to take everyone downtown" He puts on the techno music and starts dancing. I think I need to get some singles right now.

Now pole dancing is something I'd probably watch. (I would, I would! ) The other stuff...B. O. R. I. N. G. with the exception of figure skating. Love that!
