I just got back from mailing my lottery form for the 2006 ride! I paid the $20 to be in both lotteries. Lincoln, N. Conway..makes no matter to me! (although, my maiden name is Conway, it would be too cool if I got picked for that ride!)

Yep, incredibley hard to get those tickets. We've tried in the past but no luck. I think I might try for 2006. You are going to have a ball. And sorry to hear about 'no puppies'. That's sad.

Thanks for the heads up. I just purchased the collector set (hardcover book, tape, DVD and sleigh bell) from Costco. Now I just need to pick up the DVD for Christmas Eve viewing.

Yes, extremely hard. We are not talking about people buying tickets, then it sells out, then you go to a lottery or wait list. EVERY ticket sold is by way of a lottery (which I think is way better than a wait list, which is what I thought they had, was a 5 year wait list).

And yes, the 2005 lottery is over, and they have the 2006 form already to be printed out and mailed.
