Pokemon Trainers in Waiting Thread.

Because I know there are at least two other Pokemon fans on this board.

So this is the thread for anyone who likes any part of the Pokemon franchise to come and discuss whatever they feel like. Maybe talk about the major current event of D/P's release, or maybe the anime's new series that'll be premiering this summer. Or heck, just reminisce about the old days if you like that's cool, too. Red and Blue and the Kanto series of the anime will always be good talking points! So discuss away about anything Pokemon that crosses your mind. :

I remember playing the games. I haven't played them in a long time though. Especially since I'm stuck on Pokemon Colosseum. I still love Pokemon. Too bad my parents wouldn't let me buy anything Pokemon at Epcot. At Japan they have awesome stuff. You can make your own badges. They even have Ash's real Pokemon hat from the Advanced series. That was really cool.

They're a brand new trio, but with the same type triangle that all the starters have (one each of fire, water, and grass)

The penguin is called 'Piplup'. XP Kinda cute, I think. People love to complain about the English Pokemon names, but they really aren't all that horrible. Most of them, anyway.

Oh, and the fire-monkey is called Chimchar and the turtle is called Turtwig.

Diamond. I just put it on hold yesterday, in fact. Dialga rocks, and I just love Manene to pieces (blame the anime, of course, for making it so doggone cute!) and would rather have an easy time of catching it than Bonsly. Bonly's still neat, though.

Ha, yeah, my brother and I preordered both games at the same place so we get both styli, Dialga and Palkia, and a little stylus-holding stand with the three starters on it.

the grasss one evolvs into something simmiler to veneisor

dimond rare=steel/dragon(dilgia?)
pearl rare=water/dragon

(i still cant spel there names yet)

I never noticed this before, but they both have really nice shiny forms. Too bad I don't have the patience to soft-reset nearly two-thousand time to get a shiny version.


We'll proabably do the reset and trade for all the starters tactic as well, but I do it more for the sake of just having them since I like having just the one Pokemon at the start. I'm already having enough trouble trying to decide which of my favorites to put on my final team without having a couple more starters to worry about. X_x
