any on like pokemon who is going to get them?Im kinda a pokemon geek.i have already reserved a copy of it:)

pokeman.
yeh i kinda gave up on all that about 6 years ago.
it just confuzzles me these days

Pokemon started to suck after Blue and Red.

Que? They've been getting consistently better since the R/B/G/Y era. Not to say that the originals were bad or anything, they're classics and darn good games, but still... O_o Or maybe you mean Nintendo's constant dragging out of the franchise because it's still extremely profitable. Or maybe how the anime is so repetitive. Yeah, I can understand that. I still like it, though. :teeth:

And to answer the question, I would absolutely *love* to buy Diamond, but currently lack the funding.

sorry i kinda think pokemon is kinda well ********.
but picachu is so cutte. LOL.

i know cb is
i might
its only the show thats gotten bad
with an eception of contests

I'd have to argue with Columba and say that Gold and Silver were excellent, but everything went downhill with Diamond.

I still think I remember all 150, I burned them into my brain 7 years ago.

Umm I haven't heard of Pokemon since like 4th grade. I think it's kinda pointless, and never understood why everyone was obsessed.

You tell 'em, Amp!

SO yeah....I'm a Pokemon fan, I have a copy of Pearl reserved. :)

I'm not going to get it, but I used to love playing red and blue with my brother.
ROFL me and my brother have alot of inside jokes about pokemon like how I would give him a raichu card for christmas every year.

I stopped after Ruby & Sapphire due to repetitiveness. THEY NEED MORE FEATURES!

But it's an RPG... what other features do you want? There're the battling/training/league quest part of the game and now contests, but that's what the game is supposed to be about- collecting and raising Pokemon. The formula worked for the other games, If anything you should be complaining about the slightly sub-par story telling, but there's still loads to do in D/P. They're just fun games!

Of course, there are other Pokemon games. 'Pokemon Mystery Dungeon' was a different sort of RPG where you collect team-members, level up, and and explore dungeons more like a traditional RPG (which is what MD is, actually, as the pokemon version is a spin-off). 'Pokemon Ranger' has a different sort of concept, too, where you aren't a trainer but a ranger protecting the region and pokemon by temporarily enlisting the pokemon to help you. So there are other features and aspects of the franchise, but what the main line of games are about is the raising of new pokemon. It doesn't appeal to everybody, but that's their purpose. Like I said before, some people find them to be a lot of fun. Plus we like the pokemon themselves. (Masukippa and Greggle for the win!)

(And hey, if I manage to get hold of Diamond, maybe we could battle over wi-fi sometime, Billy. That'd be awesome. :teeth:)
