Yes, you will be able to use borrowed and trtsnferred points plus purchase up to 24 One-Time-Use points at $15 each. This will need to be done by calling MS as online can't handle the transferred and OTU points.

If what you mean, is can they use all of those types of points to book a single night and/or single reservation, the answer is yes.

As long as you have the # of points needed, and they are all in the same membership (borrowed and transferred that is), then you can purchase up to the 24 that you need and make the nights you need.
