points..what do you get?

I have a rewards card. How do I find out the list of things you can get for how many points. I went on the disney card web,,,,nothing.

I assume you are talking about the Disney Visa card.
The "points" are actually US dollars. Every point on your card is equal to one dollar. The points accumulate on the Visa card for something like five years before they start expiring. At any time you can request the Rewards card either via the phone or internet. You then transfer as many points as you want over to your rewards card. Keep in mind that the Rewards card has it's own expiration date on it and your points must be used before this card expires or you will lose them.........this expiration date is completely separate from the expiration date on your Disney Visa card.
You can use them to buy Disney items on the internet or the Disney stores (if any still exist). I used ours in June at WDW to pay for some of our meals. The card was easy to use and I managed to use up all my points while at the World. You probably need to go to the Disney Visa site to see where else you can use them besides WDW, Disneyland, and anything else with a Disney name on it.
The Rewards card is basically a cash card with your rewards points on them. If you have $100 in points you can spend $100 on Disney merchandise or, as we did, to pay for food at WDW.
Just don't transfer any points to your Rewards card until you are ready to use them. Once you transfer them you either use them or lose them when the card expires.

I don't know if you can still get Disney Dollars at TDS but I transferred my points to the rewards card and then went and got DD. We used ours for character meals that we otherwise would not have had.

We use ours to pay for meals too....its like eating for free!

To pay for the meal did you give them the reward card directly at the resturant? I would rather do that than switch the reward to DD. The last trip we were at a Disney Hotel and could put them directly onto our room account, (worked great BTW) but this trip we are at the Dolphin and so that is not an option. Thanks for the help!
