Hi all-- If I buy points from another owner for a resort I do not own, and have them transferred into my account, can I book this resort at the 11 month window?

Transferred points retain their UY and home resort advantage.

Just confirming that the home resort priority booking advantage attaches to the points, so yes, you can use transferred points to book at 11 months for the home resort attached to the transferred points.
