Points transfer wanted for Beach Club (BCV)

I'm a DVC member at the Beach Club (BCV). We are planning a large family trip for December 3-10/11, 2011. I am looking to get a points transfer down the road where we can use the points to book at 11 months out for BCV and then at 7 months out attempt to change our reservation to Bay Lake Towers (BLT).

Based on the 2010 points chart we would need 77 BCV points to secure the initial reservation.

If you are interested in a transfer please let me know if you own at BCV and what your use year is.

I have rented points out before but never rented or transfered for use.

Like I said I know this is way in advance but DVC members are only allowed one points transfer per year so I want to get talking with someone early on to make it happen.
