Points transfer question

Sorry if this has been asked before....search is down! LOL!

Can members transfer points to each other???
For instance, if I book something for another member and they want to later transfer points into my account, can this be done? If so, what are the logisitics!

Non banked or borrowed points can be transfered into another members account. You can transfer in as many times as you want or you can transfer out, but you can not do both in the same year. The points retain the use year of the original owner. They are also supposed to retain the resort identity but the DVc computer has trouble tracking that. So be careful if that is important to you in making a reservation. You may have to talk to a supervisor to get it done.

Does that mean the points cannot be banked (i.e must be used in the actual Use Year)
Situation is that we have two friends who are members who are borrowing points from us. Can they both transfer points to us?
