Points transfer question? help requested

I usually use the search function and find a lot of great info but I am struggling to find the answer for this question. Here is the situation.

Two contracts with same use year but different resorts, deeded the same so it's just one membership.

If I sell one contract can I basically strip that contract by transferring to the other before I sell the stripped contract?

Any help would be appreciated.

Nope. You can only transfer from one membership to another, so there's no way to strip a contract via transfer if they're in the same membership.

Yes. Transferring happens between memberships so if you have two, you can for sure move current UY points…and maybe the next UY since MS has been allowing more than one when it’s between the same owner.
