Points required for august 2008 BCV

I know it may be a bit early yet, but I would like to rent some points for 2wks std room bcv last 2weeks in august (about 250 points). as its my first time renting points I'd prefer to deal with a UK based member. Is it possible to buy points from more than one member to make up your holiday and if so how does it work. would it involve moving rooms during holiday.
