Points Rental has fallen off MDE

i rented some points for September on the Rent/Trade Board last month. All was well and good but I checked last night and the reservation is no longer on MDE. I try linking the reservation using the confirmation number but it is saying 'reservation not found". I have reached out to the seller and I am hoping this is just a technical glitch. I know there was a MDE update a few weeks back, maybe this has something to do with that. I have screen shots showing the reservation was on my account as well as the original confirmation from the seller they emailed me. Am I able to contact Disney if I don't hear from the seller? Their name and DVC number was on the reservation they screenshoted me when I booked so I don't THINK they would scam me and give that information. But you never know. Freaking out a bit this morning! Thanks.

I have read of this happening before and it was a glitch. I'm sure you are ok. Just keep trying to contact the owner, did they give you a cell phone number?

Did you try checking the Disney World website from a desktop and see if you can find it there?

Disney will not speak to you about a DVC reservation if you call.

This has been resolved with a happy ending! When I made the request, it was for AKL Savannah View, but only standard was available so the DVC member waitlisted for the Savannah View. Apparently the Savannah View came through a few weeks ago and the member figured I had been notified but I had not. There is a new confirmation number which the member provid d and I am once again happily linked to my ressie. THAT was stressful. Thank you all for your support through this difficult time.
