Points Question - Help Please!

Hello! I need some help with a cancellation/rebooking please! Here is my scenario - I am hoping someone can clarify this for me.

October 2007 Use Year - 41 points remaining

October 2008 Use Year - 200 points coming

Booked a vacation November 15-22, 2008. I now need to reschedule it for early January 2009.

I know the 200 points from UY 08 will be fine. What happens with the points from 07 that were banked for this trip? Can they still be used for the January trip or do they go back to UY 07 and need to be used by Sept 30, 07?

If they need to be used by Sept 30, 2007, can they be transferred to another DVC member?

The points you banked into 08 stay there. You can't put them back into the original use year. It's great that it works out for your January trip!

Once banked, the points will remain banked. Banking and borrowing are final transactions.

It's a moot point since you will be able to use the points for your rescheduled vacation in January, but to answer your other question... banked points cannot be transferred.
