Points or Cash at AKL?

Looking to book at the AKL and have a 25% CM discount I can use for $265. Would be 35 points if I used them, so $7.38pp.

Wondering what everyone uses as a guideline for a per point ratio - i.e. $7, $8 to determine if the points or cash is a better deal. We are only staying two nights and the Friday night will be cash because the points are much higher.
