Points + Non-DVC resorts?

If you use points at one of the deluxe resorts can you get the dining plan? I realize its not the best use of pts but it could be the only way we get to stay in the Cont, Poly, or GF.

When the dining plan was first offered to DVC members, it could only be added to stays at DVC Resorts. Recently, it was expanded to also include the WDW Disney Collection resorts, too. So... yes, you can get the DDP when staying on points at CR, Poly, and GF.
