points needed for 2/04

I am looking to rent 64 points for Feb/2004. If I understand things correctly, I need the points to be transferred into my account so that I can make my reservation. I am reserving a couple of rooms and have all but 64 points. Any help would be appreciated. It is also my understanding that only current use year points can be transferred NOT banked and/or borrowed.
