Points loaded on resale to my account.

I closed on my resale about 2 weeks ago and had the contract loaded onto my current direct account since they were the same use year. The account number showed up with no points about 1-1/2 weeks ago and then 4 days ago the some points showed up. The resale was suppose to be 2020 and on points. Currently is shows having full 2019 points and nothing else, not even 2022 which wouldn't even be able to be borrowed from. I went on the chat support to not tie up reservation issues on phone lines and they said it was normal and to wait a few more days. Is this common and about how long to get the points straight. Trying to make a future reservation once I get them. Thanks!

I would agree to give it a few more days. If it is not fixed by then, call MS to have someone look into it
