Hello. I have a 180 point membership at Beach Club Villas with a February Use Year. I have 30-40 points available in the current Use Year (have to check on the balance next week) that I am interested in renting, along with all of my 2004 points. I will rent them for $10/point. You can rent them all, or just some of them. And if you need just a couple more for a specific 2004 vacation, I will borrow against my 2005 points.

I can make the reservation for anytime from now through January 2005. I will "bank" my 2003 points into 2004, as needed, or "borrow" into 2003. I can make reservations at BCV 11 months into the future, and 7 months at all other DVC properties. I will accept payment via PayPal as well.

Hello all. Thanks to those who have contacted me. I have rented all but 54 of my points. These are currently in my 2003 Use Year, but I can bank them to 2004 by the end of the month.

So...if you'd like to rent up to 54 points (and maybe a dozen or so extra I could "borrow" from a later year if really needed) for a trip from now until Jan. 2005, please let me know.
