Points for Transfer/Rent: 160 points AKV'S $12PP

Since we are only allowed one transfer in or out each year, I am looking to transfer my points all in one transaction. I will be willing to rent, but you would have to use all or close to 160 points as I would only like to do it 1 transaction.

These points are for AKV'S, You can book out as far as 11 months for AKV'S or 7 months at other DVC resorts.
Asking $12 per point obo. Plus 3% if using paypal to cover fee's

I can only booked out 11 months in advance to AKV'S so that puts you into Feb 2010 to book.

I am a DVC member and have never gotten a transfer before, how does that work?

A DVC member can transfer there points into an another's DVC members account, but your only allowed one transfer per year.
