You would be able to use 50% of the 2022 points unless DVC were to lift the borrowing restrictions by then. If you could take a transfer in 2021, then I could move 160 2021 pts and then 160 2022 pts (of which you could only borrow half for your March trip) which would give you 240 pts to use for your March trip and another 80pts that could be used after May 31st.
