Points for Rent/Transfer

Hi,

Brand new to this board and first time to Disney for the kids. I was there many years ago. Friends suggested renting DVC. We usually vacation in the Caribbean and I am accustomed to renting from individual owners.

My flights are booked and I am looking to find a nice albeit reasonably priced accommodation. I cannot PM yet. I will email if that's ok. I see your aol address in another post. Can I email my details?

Would love to go forward. Do you know if they have a dedicated 2 bedroom unit in bldgs 11-13? Have they been renovated yet? Also, do DVC members (or renters of their points) get the free dining plan I've been reading about? Sorry so many questions, just want to be sure b/4 I waste your time. Do you use the standard rental agreement? I've done that once before w/another DVC member. Thank you.

I am happy to answer any questions you have. Yes I do use a standard agreement. No DVC members do not get the dining plan included.(They do have some other perks though). I can find out it they have the 2 bedroom in building 11-13. But even if they do they will not guarantee that room for you. You can only make a request.
