Points for Rent/Transfer: CLOSED

We have two kids in college right now and won't be able to travel to WDW for a couple of years in this economy even though I have gone back to work full-time. I have 200 points now for each BCV and BWV and can borrow the same. I only want to rent/transfer up to 400 pts at one resort, however.

These are December Use Year and I would accept $10/pt for a transfer of 100pts or higher. For renters I require full payment by paypal at the time the reservation is confirmed by DVC. For transfers I would expect full payment by paypal after we get off the phone with MS.

I'm not interested in doing 5-6 transactions and would prefer to rent one sum of points to one individual or DVC member.

We are long time DVC and DIS members and I have rented in the past although I'm not sure I can find references this far out.

The 7 month window is fast approaching for October and November dates and BCV and BWV will fill up. Thanks for considering this and let me know if I can help you.

Hi all - thanks for your posts and your pm's. I'm just in from work and my daughter's hockey practice. I don't check this email at work.....sorry that I'm slow to respond.

I have agreed to help dtnd and one other person who pm'd me first. That leaves up to 260 points - but I don't necessarily need to rent them all. I do, however, want to stick with one resort to leave us enough for a trip should one or both of my college daughters want to go to WDW next year on spring break.

That means I can't help you phantom or sunny4. I might be able to help RandyP and/or gillb12 depending on availability.

I'll be calling MS in the am, so if you are still interested let me know and I will check for one or both of you and see which one is doable.

Wow, thanks for all the requests folks, but I probably won't be able to help all of you. I have the points, I just don't want to part with that many.
