Points for rent/transfer: BLT @ $12 per point (only 398 points left)

Hello,

I have 640 points to rent at $12/point for Bay Lake Tower or other Vacation Club resorts.

The number of points needed will vary according to the date of the reservation and the size of the accomodations chosen (eg: studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom)

Bay Lake Tower can be booked 11 months prior to the arrival date and the other resorts can be booked 7 months prior to the arrival date.

It is 100% payment at the time of reservation.

Regarding the terms of payment, I will add that what I am willing to do is make the reservation with a 20% deposit and receive the balance of the payment immediately following when you receive the confirmation of the said reservation from Disney (about 2 weeks after the reservation is made).

Hello,

I verified this morning and there is no availability for a studio for you full stay at either the BLT, BCV or BWV. There are mixed night but even the 25th there is absolutely no availabilities. Member services did however mention that there were one bedroom's available.

Do you want me to verify the one bedrooms or a studio elsewhere?

I verified and there is availability for your stay (January 24th for 5 nights in a one bedroom). I checked all three views and here are the point values:

standard view: 125 points
Bay Lake View: 140 points
Magic Kingdom View: 170 Points
