We have a cancellation policy on our points, in order to try to be fair to both us and you:

If you cancel more than 30 days out and:
We are able to re-rent your points -
We will refund the amount that we were able to re-rent them for minus 10% to cover our costs and time.

We are not able to re-rent your points and we are able to personally book a vacation with your points -
We will let you use the points minus 5 points next year or the year after.

If you cancel less than 30 days out and:
We are able to re-rent your points -
We will refund the amount that we were able to re-rent them for minus 15% to cover our costs and time.

We are not able to re-rent your points and we are able to personally book a vacation with your points -
We will let you use the points minus 10 points next year or the year after.

If you do not think this cancellation policy is fair, please let us know via PM and we will see what we can work out.
