Points for Rent/Transfer: 300 @ 10

I have 150 banked points (from 2008) to be used before Jul/2010 and 150 granted this year (August). This is for Rent or Transfer.

They are from Vero beach, but can be used any place.

I would like to stay either Jan 3-8 or Jan 10-15th. My first choice is
(1) 45 points OKW Studio (2) 45 pnts AKV Studio Value, (3) 50 pnts AKV Studio Standard, (4) 50 pnts BWV Studio.

Please let me know if any of that will work and what the total price would be.
