Never rented out points before, and relatively new to DVC (about a year). I was planning a trip next Thanksgiving, but times are tight and I'm not sure we're going to be able to swing it. Anyway, I have 160 points banked into 2010 from this year (actually have a Dec. use year) and the full 160 points for 2010. So I have 320 points that I would be willing to rent for the right offer. My home resort is AKV and can now be booked for Thanksgiving of 2010 (11 months). Make offer.

I am interested in renting the points for May 2010 trip. I am interested in SSR or AKV. I would like to stay 6-7 nights in a one bedroom villa. I would be willing to pay $10 per point.
