Home resort is SSR. 11 month booking window at SSR...7 month booking window at all other resorts. 50% deposit at reservation...50% balance due 30 days prior to check in. Paypal and check accepted. Do you mean checking out on Feb 1 or actually staying through Febr 1 and checking on Feb 2?

I just called again and they now have availability for AKV Kidani in a Savanna view checking out on Feb 1.

I am really interested in renting all 90 points at once. If you decide to only need the 74 points for the stay I will need to get $12 per point or you can add a night to you stay and I can charge $11 per point.

Sorry, we can't be flexible on dates as we already booked airfare (we're already booked in a hotel for the other dates, just need the last three nights). Thanks anyway!
