We are going to Orlando Disney from 7/22 6am to 7/27 3p.

Can you recommend something to stay? I'm looking to rent your points. 50+ would be fine.

I'm interested in staying in almost any studio for July 31-Aug 7 and I'm VERY new.

I don't really know what's available or how to tell, but I'm not picky.

I'd love to stay at BLT in a standard view, AKL savannah view/standard, or basically any other view.

I hope you can give me a price estimate thru private messaging ASAP.

There is likely not oging to be a lot of choice at this late date. My guess is that the only place that will have availability of the entire time period is Saratoga Springs Resort, which is nice, just not as much character as a BLT or AKL. The cost for a week is either 123 points for a studio, 242 points for a 1 BR, and 318 points for a 2 BR. Since these points are after 7/31, the rate to rent them is $10 pp.

There is no availability for the whole time period for a 1 BR at any resort except Saratoga Springs - cost is $10 per point and it would be 184 points which equals $1,840.

Just called and checked. For those dates, for all DVC properties at WDW, the only properties currently available for those 7 consecutive nights are at Saratoga Springs Resort and are:

123 points for a studio
242 points for a 1 BR
318 points for a 2 BR Lockoff.

The rate to rent them is $10 pp.

I do have a reservation for 7/25 - 7/29 that someone has been made available is someone would like to pick it up - 60 points. I also have some points left to rent - let me know if you would like to make a reservation.

DVC does not have the Wilderness Lodge available for Nov 3-9 for either a 1 or 2 BR, SSR (168 points) and OKW (150 points) do have a 1 BR available.
