My Name is Jack and this is the first time I am trying this. I am not a DVC owner, but I assume you can rent to non-DVC owners?
According to the points charts for the I am looking to rent 44-53 points hopefully to check in on Thursday, November 4, 2010 and check out on Sunday, November 7th. (Three nights) We are coming down for the food and wine festival so obviously the boardwalk area would be the best, but I would also love to stay at Bay Lake. I know it is a busy time and its getting close so I am not sure of the availability.

I don't own DVC so I have no idea how the point system works. I'm planning a trip to Disney Beach Club for the end of October 2010. If I purchased your points, how does that work towards my stay.
(i.e how many points is a week at Disney Beach Club - 1 Bedroom going to cost me total) I'm actually planning on going for 10 days..tentatively arriving 10/28/10 and leaving 11/6 or 11/7

Yes, I can help you with your reservation. The first thing to do is use the "DVC Points chart" tab at the top of the page and calculate the points needed for your desired stay. Then, if the points equal 66 or less- I can help you with your reservation so post me back.
