Points for Rent: 639 2027 pts for BWV, BCV, AKV, BLT, SSR @ $18-22/pt

Hi everyone,

I have the following for rent. I can book them 11 months out for my home resorts (SSR, AKV, BWV, BCV, BLT) or 7 months out for elsewhere.

2027 use-year points - reservations after 4/1/26
SSR: 150 pts at $18/pt
BLT: 125 pts at $18/pt
AKV: 64 pts at $19/pt
BWV: 150 pts at $20/pt
BCV: 150 pts at $22/pt

Can I just clarify something please? I think I know the answer but this is my first time looking at renting (we're slightly ahead of the 11 month window anyway but im stalking the forum to get an idea first).

I get the 11 month priority if you own at a resort, but do all of your points needed for the stay have to be owned at that resort to book the full stay at 11 months out?

As in, we'd need 200+ (can't remember exactly off the top of my head) for AKL, but you only have 64 for AKL, so would we have to book at 7 months when we could rent your other resort points, or could you book it at 11 months because you have some points at that home resort? (I'm thinking it's 7 months)

TIA and apologies if this is a stupid question
