Points for Rent: 400-600 BCV points @ $14/point, can transfer 200

Hi there,

I have 400 BCV June UY points available for rent @ $14.00/point, plus I can borrow up to 200, if needed. I'd consider transferring 200 June UY 2014 points in one transaction to another DVC member, if anyone is interested.

I have been on DISboards for many years and I won't be using these points so am offering them up for rent. I have a basic rental contract that is great for your records and mine.

Please feel free to PM me if you are interested. Planning as far ahead as possible and booking at 11-7 months out would be great because BCV fills up quickly! In your PM, please include check-in and check-out dates, resort choices, size of villa, and number of occupants.

I know nothing about renting points, but I am considering it for our October stay. Would like to rent to use at an Epcot resort / villas (BC/YC or BWI) or at Grand Floridian (if that is even an option ).
