Points for Rent: 320 Points at Riviera Resort. $26.57 Per Point

We have 320 points at Riviera Resort for use by January 2, 2021. We will cover the standard Paypal fees if they all rent and at that price; we will even accept a credit card so you can get your travel rewards or get a sign up bonus or just spread the cost out with a zero percent intro offer. All 320 points being rented will be made an even $8500 transaction. Paypal fees can add a couple hundred dollars, so we thought it would be simpler to give you a tangible, bottom line price. We will listen to offers and negotiate fees accordingly from there (like if you are doing a direct Paypal transfer, the points take a while to rent, etc.). You may Private Message us if you want us to check any availability for you or negotiate. Please make sure your message includes specific dates, room types, and resorts (if not Riviera) if and when you want to start discussing details of a potential reservation. People who aren't aware of the risks of renting DVC points as opposed to a direct Disney reservation have been butt-hurt by the recent closure, so we will send you a copy of the rental agreement we use as soon as requested, if requested. It has more direct language about your risks instead of just standard corporate boilerplate contract language. DVC is an opportunity to save some money and get a hard to get reservation, but it does have the risks associated with a non-refundable hotel reservation. This ad will only stay up for a month or so and then we will probably just use the points ourselves if no one rents them. We are looking for a reason to go to Ireland the last half of the year instead of going to Disney, but are not committed either way. Happy hunting!

I see you are "earning your ears". we just recently joined as well. being new ourselves, we thoroughly read the rules associated with posting on this board. that being the case, I cannot respond to such a vague request. we really need details on what you are looking for and we can go from there. please message us through private message if you want us to check availability. be ready with dates you have in mind and what type of room you are looking for. if you were literally being general and asking if 200 of our 320 points are still available...yes, 200 points are still unrented. thanks for the interest and have a good start to your week!
