Points for Rent - 200 @ $11 pp

We have 200 SSR points available for rent, with the possibility of up to 220 points (depending on our 2012 vacation plans). Use year is June 2011. We offer rentals at SSR up to 11 months in advance including the Treehouse Villas; seven months in advance at all other DVC resorts.

If interested, please Include:
Check-in date
Check-out date
First choice - resort and villa size
backup choice - resorts and villa size
number of people staying in the villa
your contact information (email and daytime phone)

Please let me know if you have stayed at a DVC resort before, or if you have a fundamental understanding of the differences between DVC resorts and Disney resorts.

All requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

50% non-refundable deposit due at upon receipt of written confirmation from Disney. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

We prefer PayPal (plus 3%)date

Hi, VA_mouseman! I am looking to rent in late January 2012 for one week at either BLT (194 pts for 1-bedroom standard view) (1st choice) or Kidani (185 pts for 2-bedroom standard view) (2nd choice). My dates are flexible...any 7 day period after MLK weekend in late January 2012 would be great! There will be 4 adults and 1 child under 3 staying in the villa. I rented points through this board in 2005 and stayed at OKW in a studio so know the difference between DVC resorts and other Disney resorts.

Any help that you can offer would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hello, I have been trying to get 28 points for a stay at Disney's Vero Beach. I had paid Denise on Dis to book a reservation for me because when she had checked the availability they had the dates 6/14 and 6/15 but when she called back they were booked. She had me on the waiting list but since 2 days has passed thats all your on for so she refunded me the money. I would still like to do vero beach disney and can do it anytime from 6/12-6/20. I prefer the 28 point reservations since it goes up on the weekends to higher points. If there is anything you can do, maybe check the availability that would be great. I have done this many times and my most recent, Denise can tell you I paid in full the moment I was on the phone with her because i know how fast these reservations book up. Thank you

Hello ... I was on the phone with Member Services and inquired about Vero Beach for dates between June 12 and 20th. You didn't indicate what type of accommodation (studio, Inn room, 1 BR, etc). I presume you're looking for two nights, since you mentioned June 14/15.

However, there are no two consecutive nights available at Vero Beach, and some categories have no nights available. Sorry!

I have rented both last year and this same trip but find myself needing a night at end of trip.I would like to stay at Beach Club Villas or Bay Lake Tower.I know it may not be possible to get a reservation this late.

1.) Board Walk Villas
2.) Saratoga Spring Resort
4 adults sataying in the room.
We were once dvc members so the difference between resorts is understandable. We will want dinning plan also!
