First of all, I'd take a chance and call MS today and plead your case. You never know! If that doesn't work, you can deposit them into RCI which is better than losing them completely. Good luck!

There may still be some "late deposit " options. If so, they would come with booking restrictions, but perhaps those would be better than just letting the points expire.I'm pretty sure RCI deposits must be made 45 days prior to points expiration.
Were you expecting those points? Are they previously banked points? So, our first DVC contract loaded overnight and with it there are 200 points for 2020 (March UY) which cannot be banked. I believe these will expire today, is there anything we can do with them? I’m guessing not but thought best to check just in case!
That's because you purchased directly from Disney. That courtesy is not extended to those who purchase via resale. We purchased a Copper Creek contract in January. It included 2020 points with an April use year. When I spoke to our salesperson and told him we couldn’t use them and I couldn’t bank them online, he said to call member services and they could bank them for us, which they did.
I would try and sell them if you can’t do anything else with them, but hopefully you’ll be able to bank them with member services .
OP said March UY so they will expire today.
Hoping for some pixie dust, OP! MS banked points that were received past the bank deadline for us a few years ago, but we were only a few days past the bank date. It would be helpful, IMO, if the resalers would request owners to bank points prior to sale.
